With a camp site in an undisclosed location on the idyllic East coast of Taiwan, it is as remote as it is stunning and provides an unmatched outdoor experience for lucky kids in Taiwan.
Joel, who runs CampingTaiwan with his wife, Debby, is truly living his best life. Photographer, surfer, English teacher, and founder of Taiwan’s coolest adventure camp.
The CampingTaiwan website captures Joel’s upbeat personality and is a vital part of promoting and getting bookings. Catering to a mixed Taiwanese/Western audience, the site is available in both Traditional Chinese and English.
Parents may rightfully be anxious sending their child away on an adventure camp which is where the website steps in and provides a thorough look into the camp’s safety practices, activity schedule, reviews, and answers to common questions. Once parents’ minds are at ease the bookings roll in.
I have been fortunate to work with Joel on a number of his other projects prior to CampingTaiwan, among them websites for his photography, and Taiwan surfing tours. It’s fair to say we work well together!
